Saudi Coffee Company (SCC) and Halal Products Development Company (HPDC), both subsidiaries of the Public Investment Fund, have signed a Strategic Cooperation Agreement to expand Saudi coffee’s presence in the global halal market. The partnership focuses on halal certification, market research, training, and knowledge exchange to strengthen Saudi coffee’s positioning in halal-conscious markets.
Mohammed Zainy, CMO at SCC, highlighted the rising global demand for halal-certified products and the opportunity to reach new audiences. Dr Sarah AlMugairin, advisor to HPDC’s CEO, said the partnership supports Saudi coffee’s global growth and strengthens the Kingdom’s role in the halal sector.
