Saudi Arabiai’s Al Khozama group is launching MAIZ, a restaurant serving a new kind of Saudi cuisine. The venue will be located at Bujairi Terrace and is backed by Saudi Ministry of Culture, Saudi Heritage Commission, Saudi Culinary Commission, and Diriyah Gate Development Authority (DGDA).
