Burrata cheese frozen

Burrata is a fresh, spun curd cheese made from cow’s milk. It is in the shape of a rounded hand-crafted bag. The external appearance is similar to mozzarella, but unlike it, it has a characteristic apical closure. The inside is instead soft and stringy, a set of cream and strings of the same stretched curd. In this frozen version, shelf life is up to 18 times higher than the fresh ones. Once defrosted, it remains compact, maintaining its fragrance and flavour.
