Following the triumphant launch of YouthX Saudi in 2023, the competition returns this year in collaboration with the UNEP. Through their ground-breaking 'Recipe of Change' initiative, the aim is to amplify awareness on food waste and provide vital support to individuals, the private sector, and the HoReCa industry in realising SDG goal 12.3, which aims to halve food waste by 2030.
This year, with a greater emphasis on sustainability and zero waste, we are inviting leading hotels in the region to come together and be recognised for their contributions and efforts in implementing environmentally friendly practices in the evolving culinary landscape of the Kingdom.
